3. Account Registration

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Key Point: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Periscopify cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support.

To use certain features of the Service, users may be required to create an account.

By registering an account, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account

You must notify Periscopify immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Periscopify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

4. Company Access to Accounts

You agree not to use the service:

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

To operate, maintain, improve, and support the Service, Periscopify reserves the right to access any client account when necessary.

• Troubleshooting
• Investigating security incidents
• Improving system performance
• Ensuring compliance with these Terms
